- Customer Responsibilities: a. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the pickup and delivery addresses, recipient details, package dimensions, weight, and any special handling instructions. b. Packaging: It is your responsibility to ensure that your packages are securely and appropriately packaged to withstand normal handling during transportation. c. Prohibited Items: You must not use our services to transport prohibited items, including hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, live animals, fragile items without proper packaging, or any item that violates New Zealand law. d. Access and Security: You must ensure that our couriers have safe and reasonable access to pickup and delivery locations. If access is restricted, alternative arrangements should be made. In that case, person who is receiving order is solely responsible to rearrange delivery.
- Service Limitations a. Delivery Times: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, traffic, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules. b. Delivery Attempts: We will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package to the recipient. If unsuccessful, we may try again, leave a notice, or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts. c. Remote Locations: Delivery to remote or inaccessible areas may be subject to limitations or additional charges. Please contact our customer service for specific details. d. Signature Requirement: By default, we require a signature upon delivery. However, you may provide specific instructions to waive the signature requirement at your own risk.
- Pricing and Payment a. Pricing: Our pricing is determined based on factors such as package dimensions, weight, destination, delivery speed, and any additional services requested.
