Yes, it is our customers who should let us know the arrangement that they have made with Grocery or Dairies and we can show your details upon arrival at pickup point to pickup your goods
You can either go to HOME page to track product with your Order ID and billing email or we will simply send out tracking details link to follow your delivery and provide you a of contact delivery person to either see the progress of delivery or to rearrange delivery if you dont want to receive delivery on same day.
Our target is to deliver on same day within 24 hours. We try our best to deliver in an hour or before end of your business day. if delivery address is operational after business hours, we can deliver it to them as we are 24 hours delivery service.
Yes, we are working on Saturday 24 hours until 6am Sunday morning but we do not operate on Sunday after 6am and public holidays. However we can help to deliver your item/courier/package on public holiday at extra cost. Please contact us through our contact us pge.
Yes, we do have full liability insurance and we can provide copy of it to our existing or new clients if require.
